The HES Team

Mitch Wilson is the foreman of the HES Manufacturing grain bin construction crew. He has been with the company since 2008. Mitch has six years of experience constructing grain bins. His hard work and integrity on the job consistently bring satisfied results to the customers.

Kyle Gurski is the shop foreman at HES Manufacturing. He has been with the company since 2007. Kyle has been integral in the growth of the company. He has trained and maintained the production team. Kyle’s consistent work ethic has raised the bar and encouraged new team members to focus on quality work practices.

Matt Toner is the lead fabricator at HES Manufacturing. He has been with the company since 2009. His natural talent in troubleshooting has kept the shop and equipment in fine order. Matt can be relied upon to head up any task.

Josh Day is part of the production team at HES Manufacturing. Josh is a natural when it comes to mastering efficency at any task.  He is a machine!

Riley Geissler is part of the welding team at HES Manufacturing as well as a member of the grain bin construction crew. He has been with company full time since graduating in 2010. Riley has earned a place on the team that would take most young people years to learn the skills required.

Baby Thoppilan is part of the HES Manufacturing welding team. He and his family moved to Canada in 2010. He has a strong work ethic and sets a new precedent in punctuality.

Travis Tatomir is part of the welding team at HES Manufacturing. He has been with the company since 2010. Travis enjoys welding and works hard to continually improve quality.

Ben Farady is currently in charge of the paint shop at HES Manufacturing.  I told him I needed a picture for the team page on the website.  So he told me to get one off of his Facebook.  So I did.

Jordan Anderson is HES Alumni that is back to help on set-up in the shop this summer.  Jordan likes to dance and would probably spin on his head if you asked him to.

Irina Hartsook was raised in Eston, Saskatchewan and married Jeremy in 2008. In 2007, Irina took a business certification course through S.I.A.S.T (Paliser campus). As part of the management team, she oversees all the administrative duties of HES Manufacturing.

Jeremy Hartsook was raised near Eston, Saskatchewan on a family farm west of town. At the age of 22, he realized the need for locally produced steel bin floors in the West Central Saskatchewan area. Starting out in a small shop on a recently purchased farm, in the first year HES Manufacturing produced its first steel bin floors. Jeremy’s focus at this time was to provide a top quality product with great customer service. He wanted his business to provide a quality work environment for his employees as well. As Jeremy has been building his business this has always been at the forefront. The winter of 2006, Jeremy took a welding certificate course through S.I.A.S.T (Rosetown campus). He has been continuing his education since then. In six years of business, Jeremy has expanded his product line from basic steel bin floors to also include welded hopper bottoms. As a result of the product expansion, HES Manufacturing out grew the small shop providing the need for larger production space. In 2007, a second shop was built on site to accommodate the increased production demand. In 2009, a third shop was then built. The growth of the company has allowed Jeremy to move from the production floor to full time management. He has over the years worked to get the bin floors carried by various retailers. For the past two years, he has been working with retailers to provide steel bin floors and welded hopper bottoms to Saskatchewan farmers. In six years, Jeremy has worked hard to increase his business while maintaining his integrity in providing good products and service. His future plans are always to improve his company and his products.
